Should a relegation participant reach the DFB Cup final on May 21 in Berlin, the first leg of the Bundesliga relegation will be forwarded to the 18th of May and the second leg was postponed to May 25. The DFL would then decide on the kick-off times.
This constellation could arrive when the Hamburger SV, which meets the SC Freiburg on the SC Freiburg on the SC Freiburg on April 19th in the DFB Cup semifinals, should end the second division season as a third party.
